Time test consists of time acidification of time urine sample followed by isobutalmol extm-action of the pigment, removal of the impurities by washimmgs of time extract and by reextractiomm into the alkaline phase. Quantitative determination is made i)y photometry. In all consistently positive cases a more thorough investigation is immdicated, as noted previously (1).
